circumstances and situations.
Send us forth, Lord, with hope and vision, and
hear our prayer for peace."
Offerings at the four worship services totaled HK$1,721.55.
Out of which HK$1,377.25 was sent to the World Council of Churches
to support the Maolin Community Development Project in Kaohshiung ,
Taiwan, administered by the Taiwan Christian Service.

WOMEN' WORK
The Committee for the Promotion of the International o m e n ' s
W
Year successfully completed its one year mandate. It recommended to
the Councils Executive Committee to form an on-going committee to
promote fellowship among Christian women in Hong Kong and overseas.
As a result a new Committee for Women's work was formed with a
representative from each member church of the Council, a representa-
tive of the YWCA and five persons appointed by the Council's
Executive Committee. The following officers were elected:

Mrs. Andrew Leung Secretary & Treasurer
Mrs. Betsy Lee Promoter
During the year the Committee for the Promotion of the
International Women' Year sponsored a church wide conference,

represented at the Family Life Education Seminar, held in Panang,
Malaysia, by Mrs. Rita Wang and represented at the World Congress
for International Women held in Berlin, German Democratic Republic,
by Mrs. Jean Woo. The Committee also promoted the Fellowship of
the Least Coin. A total of HK$3,822.30 was collected. The Least
Coin Fund is administered by the Asia Church Women's Conference.
