The Council has a role in, for instance, coordinating the evangelistic
effort of the churches, in providing training opportunities for group

bible study skill, in raising theological concerns, in alerting the
churches of community issues for possible concerted action etc. A
plan for a social concern ministry has been submitted for the Council's

consideration. Please pray that we may have a fuller ministry in the
coming year.
