e. There shall also be an Area of Communications and such other
work units as the Executive Committee may from time to time
decide.
Standing Committees of the H.K.C.C. shall continue to function until
dissolved by the General Council upon recommendation of the Executive
Committee.
The Executive Committee shall appoint annually the Chairman and
membership of each Standing Committee which may then coopt additional
members up to ono third of its total membership.
Special Committees of the HKCC shall continue to function until the
task committed to them is completed.
Standing and Special Committees shall obtain authorization of the
Executive Committee before commiting the H.K.C.C. to any expenditure.
Any appeal for funds outside the H.K.C.C. shall first have the
approval of the Executive Committee.
Auxiliary Organizations
The Auxiliary Organizations constituted by the H.K.C.C. are
subject to the provisions of Article VI of the Constitution of
the H.K.C.C.
b. Each Auxiliary Organization constituted by H.K.C.C. shall send
the chairman and one other representative to General Council
meetings.
c. The Chairman of each Auxiliary Organization shall be an ex-
officio member of the H.K.C.C. Executive Committee with vote.
d. All Auxiliary Organizations and Standing and special committees
shall be placed within one of the Divisions.
e. The H.K.C.C. Executive Committee shall appoint two representatives
(at least one of them shall be a member of the H.K.C.C. Executive
Committee) to Auxiliary Organizations.
General Secretary
The General Secretary is appointed by the Executive Committee
according to mutual agreed terms.
