(d) The Hon. Treasurer shall handle the funds of the H.K.C.C. keep
proper records of all income and expenditure, and submit an
audited annual financial statement.
Each use of the seal of the H.K.C.C. shall first be approved by the
Executive Committee. All deeds, documents, and other instruments
requiring the seal of the H.K.C.C. shall be signed by the Chairman
(or in his absence the Vice-Chairmen) and 2 other officers. The
seal shall be in the custody of the Chairman.
6, Vacancies occurring in the Executive Committee may be filled by the
Executive Committee with effect until tho next /Annual General Meeting
of tho General Council.
7• a. There shall be two divisions within the HKCC as the major
coordinating bodies charged with carrying out the program of
the Council, namely; Christian Mission and Christian Service.
Within their terms of reference, these divisions shall be
responsible to initiate plans, prepare budgets, establish
committees, carry out programs and shall make regular reports to
the HKCC Executive Committee.
b. There shall be a Committee for each Division whose chairman
and membership shall be appointed annually by the HKCC Executive
Committee, on nomination of the Division.
The Division Committees may also coopt additional members
up to one fourth of the membership of the Committee.
c. Churches or agencies who are not members of HKCC but wish to
participate in the work of the Divisions may join the division
as associate members by the payment of an annual membership fee
of $400 and thereby they are eligible for nomination to the
divisional committee.
d. Each Division shall have a Director as its head, responsible to
the General Secretary, the Divisional Committee and the HKCC
Executive Committee.
The Director shall be appointed by the HKCC Executive Committee
on nomination of the Divisional Committee in consultation with
the Genercil Secretary.
