IV, GENERAL COUNCIL
1. There shall be a General Council of the H.K.C.C. composed of

representatives of all its members organizations. The number
of representatives from each member organization shall be
fixed in the By-laws.

2. The General Council shall meet annually:
(a) to receive the financial statment and the report of the
Executive Committee,

(b) to adopt the annual budget.
(c) to consider recommendations from the Executive Committee
and

(d) to elect the following officers of the General Council
and who shall also be officers of the Executive Committee:

Chairman
First Vice-Chairman
Second Vice-Chairman

Hon. Secretary
Hon. Treasurer
(e) to elect sixteen other Executive Committee mombers,
provided that:

i . each members denomination with more than 1,500
members may nominate one of their members for

election to the Exeucitive Committee;
ii. the chairman of each division or auxiliary
organization shall be ex-officio members of the

Executive Committee with vote.
iii. The immediate past chairman of the HKCC Executive
Committee shall be an Ex-Officio member of the

Executive Committee for one year with vote if not
otherwise elected.
iv. The Executive Committee shall be authorized to

coopt two members at large with vote, but who
shall not be eligible to serve as officers.
