With the policy of the H.K.C.C. the General Secretary has:
(a) Responsibility for the implementation of those policies, and
to initiate courses of action to further the Aims and Objects
of the Council.
(b) General administration of the H.K.C.C. and supervision of the
staff.
(c) Liaison with other church bodies both locally and abroad.
(d) Responsibility to plan and execute H.K.C.C. programmes.
(e) Co-ordinate the work of the Executive Secretaries nd other
staff.
Servo as staff worker for certain designated committees outside
of the Divisions.
Report regularly to the Executive Committee.
Executive Secretaries
Executive Secretaries for Divisions are appointed by the
Executive Committee, and:
(a) Are responsible to the Executive Committee and the General
Secretary in fulfilling the aims of the H.K.C.C. as they manifest
themselves in the work of the Divisions.
(b) Serve as liaison personnel between the H.K.C.C. Executive
Committee and its General Seere七ary and the Committees and
Auxiliaries within the Division they head.
(c) Stimulate, encourage, support and assist the Committees and
auxiliaries within the Division they head.
(d) Report regularly to the H.K.C.C. Executive Committee on the work
of their Divisions, and annually to the General Council on program
and finance.
(e) Plan with the General Secretary and with other staff for
coordination of the H.K.C.C. Programme with its inembers
denominations, associations and missions.
(f) Serve in a liaison capacity with other related church and
community organizations.
(g) Initiate such courses of action as may further the aims of the
Division and the Council.
