2. ’Message” Publication

"The Message’’ has inaugurated in May 1976.
Since then there have been seven issues. We now have
a circu latio n o f three thousand five hundred copies
each m onth. It is sent to schools, theological colleges,
member churches and individual subscribers.
"The Message" is designed to rep ort the news
of the overseas churches and also to share our
experiences o f God. Special articles have explored,
such as the w o rk o f Christian pu blication in Hong
Kong, the problem o f evening schools and the ab olition
o f the secondary school entrance exam ination. Feature
articles include Bible study, reports o f study tours and
so fo rth .
The purpose o f this publicatio n is to bridge the
com m unication gap between local churches, between
the churches and the council and between the local
church snd the w o rld church. In the fu tu re issues,
essays and poems w ill be added to bring m ore variety
to the content.
