前 線 青 年 工 作 者 發 現 ，不少年輕女
          性因現時嚴重欠缺為她們而設的職
          業 訓 練 課 程 ，令她們缺乏市場競爭
          力 。由 於 長 期 待 業 或 失 業 ，以致可
          能 從 事 不 道 德 的 行 業 ，繼而濫用藥
          物 或 做 出 違 法 行 為 。本處藥物濫用

          預 防 及 康 復 服 務 獲 禁 毒 基 金 資 助 ，
          於 1 9 9 9 年 6 月始開辦為期兩年的「變
          革 先 鋒 」試 驗 性 計 劃 ，旨在透過職
          業 培 訓 課 程 及 全 人 增 值 小 組 ，提升
          青年人抵禦負面誘惑的能力及就業
          能 力 ，重過健康的生活。

          becom e  d ru g   abusers.  O ur  P reventive  and  R ehabilitation  S ervices fo r S ubstance  A busers  received  fu n d in g   from   the
          B eat  Drug  Fund  to  initiate  a  2-year  experim ental  p ro je ct,  P roject  CITY  -   C ity  Intensive  Training  fo r  Youth,  in  June
          1999.  Through  vocational  tra in in g   and  personal  enhancem ent  g ro u p s,  young  fem ales  w ho  are  school  d ropouts  or
          unem ployed w ere  helped  to  increase th e ir p ro te ctive  fa cto rs a g a in st negative  influences  and  to  reb u ild   a  healthy  life.

                                                                     月 正 式 投 入 服 務 ，該園設於彌敦道一間商業大
                                                                     廈 內 ，名 為 「雋匯幼兒園」。此 外 ，本處為香港
                                                                     匯豐銀行分別在紅磡及長沙灣開辦的企業附設
                                                                     幼 兒 中 心 ，隨著銀行的發展及總部搬遷計劃、

                                                                     員工工作地方的轉變，兩 所 幼 兒 中 心 已 於 1999
                                                                     年 8 月 合 併提供服務，新中心易名為匯豐幼兒
                                                                     中 心 （匯豐中心），座落於香港匯豐銀行位於大
                                                                     角咀的奧海中心內。





          The  C entral  Day  Care  C entre,  w hich  is  our  second  day
          care  centre  located  in  the  com m ercial  d istrict,  w as
           opened  in  June  1999.  It  is  situ a te d   in  a  com m ercial
           b u ild in g   in  N athan  R o a d . Besides,  the  tw o  w ork-b a se d
           ch ild   care  centres  in  H unghom   and  C heung  Sha  W an
           o p e rated  as  an  em ployee  a ssistance  program m e  w hich
           HKCS  p ro vid e d   fo r the  H ongkong  and  S hanghai  Banking
           Co.  Ltd.  (H SBC ).  Since the  new  HSBC  C entre  is set up  in
           Tai  Kok  Tsui,  the  tw o  centres  have  thus  been  m erged
           and  relocated.  The  new   centre  is  nam ed  W ayfong  C hild
           C are  C entre  (HSBC  C entre)  and  opened  in  A u g u st  1999.
