1999年8月 ，本處獲社會福利署資助提供緊急寄養服
務 。緊急寄養服務是為因突發事件而突然失去照顧
子 女 能 力 的 家 庭 ，在 最 短 時 間 內 ，安排他們的十八
歲以下 子 女 入 住 寄 養 家 庭 ，使兒童能繼續在安全和
穩定的家庭環境下得到短期照顧。
The HKCS received subvention from the Social W elfare D epartm ent since A u g u st 1999 to p ro vid e E m ergency Foster
C are S ervice. This S ervice aim s to serve fam ilies th a t are unable to take care o f th e ir ch ild re n due to sudden fa m ily
problem s. W ithin a short period o f tim e, th e ir ch ild re n under 18 years o f age w ill be a rra n g ed to go to fo ste r care
homes so that they w ill be taken care o f in a safe and stable environm ent.

本處僱員發展服務受公務員事務局委託，於 1999年6 月 開 始 ，為

七個部門共16,000名公務員提供壓力管理諮詢熱線’ 作為試無5十
劃 。服 務 範 圍 包 括 ：處理工作壓力、改善人際關係、處理個人情

緒 、職業發展計劃、婚姻輔導、婚前輔導、子女教導、家 人 相 處 、
退休前準備及其他心理輔導。
The C ivil S ervice Bureau has co n tra cte d the HKCS Em ployee
Development Service to p ro vid e hotline co u n se llin g on stress
m anagem ent fo r 16,000 civil servants from 7 d e p a rtm e n ts as a
p ilo t p ro je ct in June 1999. S ervice contents in clu d e counse llin g
fo r w ork stress m anagem ent, interpersonal relationships,
em otional control and c a re e r d e ve lop m e n t as w ell as m arital
co u n se llin g , pre-m arital co u n se llin g , p arenting co u n se llin g , pre ­
retirem ent co u n se llin g , and oth e r m ental health co unselling.
