HKCC. The visitation was also sponsored by 15 local churches in Hong Kong.

Jan 4 - 2 5 "Knowing Our Hong Kong’’ Course III was conducted under the theme: 'Christians
and District Board Election’.
Jan 15 The Chinese-speaking Promotional Meeting for World Day of Prayer.

Jan 18 — 25 1985 Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. The theme for this year was 'From Death to
Life with Christ*.
24 Ecumenical Communion Service and Breakfast Fellowship. District-level Clergy and
Ministers Fellowships’ responses:

20 Kwun Tong Clergy and Ministers Fellowship held their ecumenical worship service

25 Sham Shui Po Clergy and Ministers Fellowship held their ecumenical meeting
27 Kowloon City Clergy and Ministers Fellowship held an ecumenical worship service
which was followed by a panel discussion.
Jan 31 The English-speaking Promotional Meeting for World Day of Prayer.

Feb 3 HKCC with 5 other civic groups conducted a seminar on "Civic Education and the
Future o^f Hong Kong,/. A Declaration on Civic Education was published afterward.

Society for Television Awareness Training was established. Communications Centre
helped to organize.

Feb 5 A seminar on "Responsibilities of ministers and presbyters in the 1985 D.B. Election’’.
Feb 6 Luncheon meeting for Clergy and Ministers from Wong Tai Sin.

Feb 10 A seminar on "Christians and D.B. Election’’.

Feb 1 9 - 2 3 Asia Heiwa Conference, sponsored by the CCA-IA, was held in Okinawa.
