Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

It gives me great pleasure on behalf of the World Association for Christian
Communication, and especially from David Lin, our Asia Region Coordinator and
myself, to send you greetings and best wishes as you celebrate the Golden Jubilee
Anniversary of your ministry with the people of Hong Kong. Although we are not
able to be with you in person, we will remember you on the 25th of September, and
give a special prayer of thanks for your witness and mission over these 5 decades.

During the last 50 years WACC has enjoyed a professional and personal relationship
with the HKCC. This was visible most recently when your General Secretary, the
Rev. Eric S.Y. SO, served on our Central Committee. His wisdom and insights into
Christian ministry in Asia were always helpful. As an excellent communicator he was
also able to help us in our particular communication ministry as well.

God’s goodness and mercy have been visible through the life and work of the HKCC
for 50 years. We also celebrate that the community of faith in Hong Kong have
shown themselves to be good stewards of the spiritual and material riches entrusted to
their care. Well done, good and faithful servants.

Your servant ministry has prepared you well for the exciting future which God is even
now opening for your continued faithful and creative ministry. As you enter the next
50 years please know of our continuing prayers for your work and our commitment to
work in partnership with you.

Again, greetings Brothers and Sisters, in Christ, may the Lord continue to guide,
nurture and restore you in your ministry in Jesus name.
