Dr. Heyward Wong, former General Secretary of the
Council (1988-90) passed away at the age of 86 on August
13, 2003 in New York. May God grant his love and mercy to

Lt-Col. Ian Southwell has been appointed as the
invited by H K C C to visit

for his new post in February this year. We give thanks to
Col. Southwell for his involvement and support to the Council
and wish him every success on his new ministry.

Kong Salvation Army, Lt-Col. Tan Thean-seng, as a member
of the Executive Committee.
Mr. Wan Hoi-wing has joined the Council as the
