會提供退修 、會議或康樂用途的場地 。中心可供廿
二人住宿 。本年度獲賽馬會慈善信託基金資助 ’已
進行翻新及加強樓宇安全設施的工程。
The Bradbury Retreat Centre provides organizations from
various sectors and churches a place for retreats, study camps,
seminars and conferences in the quiet, small community setting
of Cheung Chau. The Centre can hold a capacity of 22 persons.
Renovation has been taking place this year with the funding by
the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust.

「小學生服務計畫」已完成三年的試驗期，並於98
年7 月正式結束。在9 月舉行的記者簡布會中 ，公開
總結了該計靈的成效與經驗。評估結果顯示，無論學
生 、家長及老師均對駐校模式表示正面評傾。服務處
更在會上建議有關當局應對小學社工的服務需求重新
檢討，並盡快落賨為全港小學提供駐校社工服務。

The Primary School Project came to an end in July 1998 after 3
years of experimentation. It aimed to try out a new service
model to cater to the developmental needs of primary school
students. A press conference was held in September 1998. The
Project had proved useful for primary students as well as their
parents and teachers. HKCS suggested that the Government
should review the need for social work service in primary
schools, making social workers available to every primary
school.
