3 . 著力服務對象充權推動市民參與追求豐盛人生
4 . 參與國家社會福利發展
5 . 建立不斷學習的機構文化讓同工各展所長
As the 21st century approaches, HKCS has set 5 Working
Directions:
1. To achieve excellence in services which are responding to
the needs of society.
2. To advocate just social policy which will lead more towards a
healthy social environment.
3. To focus on empowerment of service recipients, citizen
participation and the building of an abundant life style.
4. To participate in this development of social service in China.
5. To nurture a culture of continuous learning which will enable
each staff to develop their full potential.

雲漢長者社區中心是本處一個新的服務單位’已於
1998年11月投入服務。中心的服務範圍包括觀塘市
中 心 ，雲 漢 邨 ，牛頭角邨，樂 華 邨 ，九龍灃德福花
園 、得寶花園及淘大花園。綜合服務中心特色乃在

於提供多種的社區照顧服務，全面照顧各項需要’
並有效地使服務對象避免了因轉介而做成的不便。
Wan Hon Multi-service Centre for the Elderly has commenced
operation as of November 1998. Its service boundary is the
Kwun Tong area, Ngau Tau Kok Estates, Lok Wah Estates.
Telford Garden. Tak Po Garden and Amoy Garden. The unit is
provides comprehensive and professional community support
services for elderly people by adopting the integrated approach
based on community needs.
