          In  order  to  effectively  publicize  the  ministries  and  new
       developments  of  the  Council,  the  Committee  successfully   Rev. Judy Chan  is the Editor of "News and Views".  It is one
       launched  the  bi-weekly  e-news  beginning  May  2009.  The   of  the  major  English  publications  of  the  Council,  giving  a
       e-news captures the latest ministries and activities,  newsworthy   quarterly  report  on  news  of  the  Council  and  the  Hong  Kong
