                                                     7.  E cum enical  S cholarship  E xchange  C om m ittee
   1.  T he  Council  had  been  looking  for  a  full-tim e   had six scholarships available for  1962-63.  Six
      Executive  Secretary  ever  since  1959.  For  the   applications  w ere  received  and  the  com m ittee
      past  seven years,  M r.  S.Y.  L E E ,  the  E xecutive   aw arded three scholarships.
