Let us work together diligently, strive forward
bravely, and press on toward the goal. I thank God
that I can live in this critical time, the 1990's of the
20th century in Hong Kong. Since the inception of
Hong Kong history, no other time has ever been so
challenging and so filled with a sense of mission.
How can we let this time pass so easily?
