                                                          viii. Administration of the Prayer Room at the
                                                               Hong Kong International Airport
                                                               The  Airport Authority  has  established  two  Prayer
                                                          Rooms  in  the  Airport  and  invited  the  Colloquium  of  Six
                                                          Religious  Leaders  to  manage  them.  Rev.  Dr.  Chan  Kim-
                                                          kwong  liaised  with  the Airport Authority  on  behalf  of the
                                                          C olloquium ,  organized  voluntary  chaplains  to  be  on
                                                          duty  in  the  Prayer  Room,  and  coordinated  the  voluntary
                                                          ch ap la ins  to  p a rticip a te   in  the  A nnual  A ir  D isa ste r
                    Meeting of the Colloquium of Six Religious Leaders  Exercises.  From  September 2009  to August 2010,  every
                                                          month  there  are  average  4  to  6  V oluntary  C haplains

        iii. Inter-faith Dialogue                         on  Septem ber  22,  2010.  The  Council  coordinated  the
                                                          Protestant participation  of this annual  event.
             Dr.  Kwok  Hung-biu  represented  the  P rotestant
        sector for this  Dialogue on  December 5,  2009 at St.  Jude   x. World Religion Day
        Catholic Parish.                                       Rev.  Dr.  Chan  Kim-kwong  participated  on  behalf of

        iv.  Tea Reception at the Liaison Office of the   the  Council  at  the Annual  World  Religion  Day  organized
            Central People’s Government in HKSAR           by the  Ba'hai  Faith  Community on January  17,  2010.

             The  Liaison  Office  invited  the  Colloquium   of  Six
        Religious Leaders for a tea  reception on  February 22, 2010.
