The Church lives for God5s people and is en-
trusted and commissioned by God to do His work.
The Church could not continue to rejoice in its suc-
cess and wealth but needs to walk with God, among
the people’s pains and struggles.
The new ecumenical spirit calls us to move
together towards God’s Kingdom on earth and be a
voice of the people. May we continue to be a thorn
to the high and powerful in society, just as Jesus did.
